At GOON Power Supplements, we work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and arrives safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items ship, delivery timeframes, tracking, and what to expect once your order leaves our facility.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping method selected. Typical delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and shipping method. GOON Power may offer free shipping promotions from time to time for qualifying orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier first scans your package.
5. Incorrect or Missing Shipping Information
If an order is submitted with incomplete or missing address details, we will contact you at the email provided during checkout.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once the package is handed to the carrier and scanned into their system, GOON Power cannot modify the address or intercept delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
- Check all entrances, porches, garages, and mail areas
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact the carrier directly to open a missing package investigation
After contacting the carrier, email us at info@goonpowersupplements.com with your case number and tracking information. We will assist you during the investigation process.
7. International Shipping
At this time, GOON Power Supplements ships only within the United States. International shipping will be reviewed for future expansion.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund if eligible.
